We are thrilled to welcome back Dr. Russ Mosher, one of the founding directors of Harbour Rehabilitation, to our team of dedicated physical therapists. Known affectionately as “Doctor Russ,” he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our practice.
Dr. Russ specializes in manual therapy techniques, innovative therapeutic exercise programs, and the latest cutting-edge modalities. His approach is based on a hands-on model for treatment, routinely combining a wide variety of physical therapy treatments to provide personalized care for each patient.
With over 25 years of experience in rehabilitative medicine, Dr. Russ has established himself as a leader in the field. He earned his bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology and Physical Therapy from the University of Buffalo School of Medicine. Furthering his education, he completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Shenandoah University, demonstrating his commitment to providing the highest level of care to his patients.
Dr. Russ’s return to Harbour Rehabilitation marks an exciting new chapter for our practice. His extensive knowledge and patient-centered approach align perfectly with our mission to deliver excellent therapy through personalized care and education.
